And the game begins. Today we kick off a fun experiment in social screenwriting, the goal of which is to create an environment where professional, amateur, and beyond can all coexist and create.
Seasons of the experiment will be 10 weeks in total length and always begin with a prompt. We take comments across multiple platforms (Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Reddit) and combine them to form a screenplay. The goal on our end is to include as many comments as possible into each page. This first prompt introduces a character, a location, and a very loosely described situation.
Here is the first prompt:
"Chloe rests on a bench in the corner of a small dance studio. The silhouette of a man is seen outside through the window. He moves and the sound of the front door opening is heard."
Where do you think the story should go next?
Who the hell are these people?
What are they doing?
What do they want?
